From Woven Roots to Cotton Knitwear Excellence
SILAMON's story begins in 2019, when our founding team first entered garment manufacturing. We started with woven apparel — jackets, cotton coats, trousers and long pants — learning every stage of the production floor, from cutting and sewing to quality control and logistics. Those early years across multiple woven categories gave us a foundation in garment construction that most pure-play cotton knitwear factories simply don't have. Brands don't need another factory — they need a partner who understands their timeline, their quality bar, and their growth path.
By 2024 we made a strategic pivot. We narrowed our focus to what we do best — cotton knitwear: T-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, joggers and matching sets. These are the core categories that drive real volume for DTC brands, private labels and merchandising businesses worldwide. We built dedicated production lines around them.
In 2025, we gave this capability a name: SILAMON. A dual-entity model — Hangzhou for global trade, Qingdao for wholly-owned manufacturing. One team, one standard, zero handoffs. Today we serve global brands with ODM development, OEM precision and POD flexibility from a single source factory.
